  1. Since April 2012 in Corporate Quality Function
    • Central drives like Supplier Quality improvement.
    • Improve part reliability and reduction in part level warranty (incidences and cost).
    • Coordinate with Quality function of 5 plants.
    • MIS and interaction with interfacing functions.
    • Quality Improvement Strategy, preparation of guidelines and deployment of guidelines.

  2. Sept. 2010 to April 2012 as Commodity head for DAC Commodity Group
    • For several platforms like Bolero, Scorpio, Xylo, Logan. The DAC commodity group consists of aggregates like transmission, axle, wheel rim, tyres, brakes, clutch, steering, chassis, radiator, hoses, piping, HVAC, suspension etc. The DAC commodity group consist of about 150 aggregates (almost 1/3 of the total vehicle aggregates).
    • Responsible for complete life cycle (developed product till life of vehicle) including warranty issues.

  1. Jan. 2008 to Aug. 2010 as Vice President at Nashik Works.
    • Responsible to set up a completely new project for automotive seat structure and run profitably.
